We do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as social security numbers, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion, health, biometric, or genetic data, or criminal background. Please do not disclose this type of information to us.

Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your computer by our server. We use them to remember browser type, pages visited, and language preferences, to store ordering information, and to tailor your experience. We also use Google Analytics and similar platforms to collect browser and device information.

You can set your browser to reject cookies, though some site functions may not work properly as a result.

We maintain technological and operational safeguards to protect your PII from loss, misuse, alteration, or unintentional destruction, and we review these measures regularly. No system can be guaranteed fully secure.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary based on our relationship with you, our legal obligations, and considerations such as statutes of limitations, litigation, or regulatory investigations.

You may request access to the personal information you have provided by contacting us. We may verify your identity first and may respond only regarding information associated with the email address you used.

California residents: once per year you may request whether your information was shared with third parties for direct marketing. Contact us and identify your request as a “California Shine the Light” inquiry.

Our website is not directed to individuals under thirteen (13). We ask that children under 13 not send us personal information without parental consent, and we comply with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

We may link to third-party websites that we do not control; we encourage you to review their privacy statements, as we are not responsible for their practices. We may change or update this policy at any time without notice — your continued use of the site means you accept the revised policy.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. When Apache is not at fault for a product or service nonconformance, return freight is the customer’s responsibility.

A not-at-fault return accepted beyond 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

We offer full credit or exchange for defective products within one (1) calendar year from the date of purchase. This does not cover damage caused by misuse or handling.

Product-defect claims must be accompanied by photo, video, or test results. Apache will conduct testing to verify the defect once the item arrives.

Returns resulting from a service error must be reported to Apache within 14 calendar days.

All return requests require a Return Material Authorization (RMA). An RMA is valid for 30 days from issuance, and product must ship before it expires — otherwise a new RMA is required.

Returned products must be in new and working condition. Used or damaged items will not be accepted.
