Information is gathered through account registration, purchases, communication sign-ups, reviews, customer-service requests, contact forms, business partners, and social media.

Our website is not directed to individuals under thirteen (13). We ask that children under 13 not send us personal information without parental consent, and we comply with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Returns

Return Policy

Returns are generally accepted within the first 30 days of purchase without additional requirements. Here is how returns, defects, and credits are handled.

Standard Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. When Apache is not at fault for a product or service nonconformance, return freight is the customer’s responsibility.

A not-at-fault return accepted beyond 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

Defective Products

We offer full credit or exchange for defective products within one (1) calendar year from the date of purchase. This does not cover damage caused by misuse or handling.

Product-defect claims must be accompanied by photo, video, or test results. Apache will conduct testing to verify the defect once the item arrives.

Service Errors

Returns resulting from a service error must be reported to Apache within 14 calendar days.

RMA Process

All return requests require a Return Material Authorization (RMA). An RMA is valid for 30 days from issuance, and product must ship before it expires — otherwise a new RMA is required.

Returned products must be in new and working condition. Used or damaged items will not be accepted.
